These terms explain how I work, deliver projects, and provide design services.
1. Services Provided
I provide custom Roblox UI/UX design services, including game interfaces, HUDs, menus, and other visual assets tailored to your project.
2. Payments
A partial upfront payment may be required before work begins. Final files will only be delivered after full payment is completed.
3. Revisions
Minor revisions are included depending on the project agreement. Additional major changes may require extra charges.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started. However, issues can always be discussed to reach a fair solution.
5. Ownership
Clients receive rights to use the final delivered designs after full payment. I may showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Delivery
Project timelines may vary depending on complexity, revisions, and communication speed.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients should provide clear information, references, and feedback to help the project move smoothly.
8. Liability
I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party edits or modifications after delivery.
9. Agreement
By commissioning a project, you agree to these terms and conditions.
